Bit of strategy involved with this one. Weigh a variety of fruit onto the scales while taking turns with the other players. Get the needle to stop in the blue area to win. However, if it crosses over to the red area, you'll break the scale and lose. Plus, you won't get to place anymore fruit onto the other scales.
The game is over when there is one player left.
