You have work with your fellow Mii's to find the invisible professor. Use the glowing tiles as clues on where the elusive professor is going and try to cut him or her off.
If you're playing as the solo player, try not to give away your position too much. Even though you will inevitably step on a glowing tile during the chase.

CPU Mii's are on Master difficulty. As it was with every other minigame before and after this one.
