WilNF plays Two Point Hospital on the Nintendo Switch and finds some odd glitches. These include misaligned models, bad toilet AI, patients stealing cafeteria trays, doctors missing heads that lock up the game, and cafeteria karate...

The doctor missing the head was a real oddity. It happens after playing the game for a long session (many hours) and the doctor becomes permanently glitched. You can no longer interact with them. If you hover your cursor over the glitched doctor, the game locks up but can be saved by trying to open the world map. The doctor still functions as normal (does their duties) but will often have low FPS animations and cause the game to slow when on screen.

Even though you have multiple toilet stalls, patients will sometimes behave as if you have only one stall. They will wait for the one stall and this causes issues in the game because you want your patients to be happy and for queues to be short. Poopy and slow patients are unhappy and slow down patient processing, leading to patients passing away left and right.

Actually, the game starts behaving pretty oddly after having the game on for several hours, with FPS drops and all the glitches you see in this video. The solution: shut off the game and restart it every 23 hours.

Great fun game, but could use some patches to fix the performance and AI issues.
