This video shows the process I used to create a Wine Bottle Bird Feeder. A very quick project using just a few tools. I hang them on my fence but you could easily hand from a tree or deck too.

My Cut list:

Back Piece 17" x 5.5 " (45 degree cut at top)
Top Hat 3" x6" & 3" x5.5"
Top Holder 4.5"x4.5" (with centered hole saw cut @ 3.5")
Bottom Holder 3"x3" (with centered hole saw cut @ 1.25")
Base 4" x 5.5"
Base sides 1.5" x 4" & (2) 1.5" x 5"
