*Winnipeg Housing Market Update for May as per MLs*

748 detached houses sold in Winnipeg with an average sale price of $443,202, a 2.52% decrease from April but a 2.15% increase from last year. There are 979 detached houses for sale today. Sidebyside homes averaged $360,911, up 2.82%, with 67 on the market.

In North Kildonan, the average price was $430,278, a 2.65% decrease from April. 21 houses sold in May, 12 over asking. Currently, there are 11 detached houses on the market, priced from $249,900 to $499,900, with 8 listed for 8 days or less. MLS 3G has only 2 listings.
