In this video we discuss how to train like Geralt of Rivia, AKA "The Witcher."

Geralt is a swordfighter, and a "supernaturally enhanced" monster hunter, who uses his knowledge of his environment to his advantage. When thinking about what Witcherinspired training might look like, I decided to go focus on these elements.

Training in a more wild environment will instantly make your workouts tougher and more efficient. You'll need to be stronger at more angles, and you'll need to listen to your body and be aware of your surroundings in order to exert power. This translates to better strength and performance in the real world. The real world is rarely flat and repetitious!

Another aspect of training like The Witcher is swordfighting. Swinging a sword over your head develops a powerful core and tough, mobile shoulders. We can emulate this by using a variety of functional training tools, like the Gada (mace), clubbell, and kettlebell.

Throw in hybrid moves and meditation and you've got yourself a Witcher Workout!
