ingredients: for a 20 cm mold

200 g of speculoos cookies
70 g of melted butter
300 g of white Philadelphia cheese
200 g of speculoos pate (100g for the cream cheese + 100g for the surface)
2 tbsp. at. s of icing sugar
200 ml of liquid cream
50 g of mascarpone
