Today I share with you the recipe for my spoon focaccia that is cooked in a pan.
I chose to dress it with cherry tomatoes and onion, but it is also excellent with only salt, oil and rosemary.
The dough is soft, a simple spoon is enough to knead it.

INGREDIENTS
use a 300ml beaker to measure the ingredients

2 glasses of flour (or used a common 00 flour)
1 glass of water at room temperature
5 gr of fresh brewer's yeast
1 tablespoon of oil
1 pinch of salt
about 1520 cherry tomatoes
half a red onion
