ingredients:
2 cups + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp ube flavor
1 tsp violet food color

1 cup fine bread crumbs(more or less)
