It’s completely possible to do with a one day parktopark ticket. You will need a oneday twopark ticket to experience all that the Wizarding World has to offer, since Diagon Alley is located in Universal Studios and Hogsmeade is located in Islands of Adventure.

The two parks are connected by the Hogwarts Express, the train Harry and his friends take to get to Hogwarts each year. You can only access this attraction if you have a parktopark ticket, though!
