This little pup was so skinny and small, they weren't even sure she was a dog! When Jess was vacationing in Barbados, Roo just showed up and adopted her family. Jess couldn’t leave her, so she immediately started planning to bring her home. Roo had grown so much and love has transformed her into a different dog, which Jess is very thankful for.
