starting with a rectangular block of quarter sawn Maple. I didnt round it up on my bandsaw. Kinda wanted to show that swapping the motor was worth the time and effort. the stock motor would never have been able to power thru this block of wood.
Although in the beginning I had no idea what I was going to end up with. It worked out in the end. It actually works great.
And I'm glad that I was filming. Because I managed to capture my first catastrophic failure.
