Saw an ad for a simple cell phone speaker amplifier made out of plastic, and thought why not try and turn one on a lathe. The one in the ad only had one “speaker” with the phone in the back, and didn’t really like the design all that much, but with the concept in mind, came up with this design. Liking Tootsie Roll minis may have provided a little inspiration with the overall shape…
