In this tutorial I show you how to convert your Word 2016 documents into PDF files. This demo shows you the capabilities of Office 365 and the conversion process within the program. This video is meant for beginners who want to learn more about Microsoft Word and how to improve their skills.

PDF stands for Portable Document Format and Adobe Systems is the developer. This type of file is great because it preserves document formatting for those that do not have Microsoft Word, or an earlier version of the program. I use the latest version of the program at the time of this video, however, the process is pretty much the same in earlier versions. Remember, the primary goal of PDF files is for viewing, not editing. This makes it an especially great way to send information that is meant to be viewed from any device at any time.
