My insomniac self found the solution after angrily fidgeting for things to work. PRESS ENTER REALLY FAST!

My theory is there are invisible prompts that get backed up trying to load multiple mods at once. Which also screws with the scripts responsible for character creation and so on.

DIRECTIONS:
Load up your game.

Hit enter repeatedly AS SOON as you press enter for making a 'new game'

You should be in the loading stage now, DON'T SKIP, press enter at certain intervals during the loading screen. The invisible confirmation prompts could be holding up the loading, pressing enter usually speeds this up.

You should be up to the cinematic, and good news you don't have to watch it!

Press T and spam enter

SO, MY BOY, NATE CAN STOP BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL

And, that's it!
