1994 Jeep Wrangler Sahara (YJ) revitalization project (not really a full resto).

In this episode, I begin removing the surface rust on the frame and run into some trouble when I decide to remove a rear leaf spring for better access.

In future episodes, I’ll be coating the frame with rust converting and metal etching primer as well as rust resistant paint, and replacing the exhaust, transmission, and some other worn components. The final step will be to take it to a body shop to patch a couple cosmetic rust spots and perhaps a new paint job.
