*I wanted to add an update after having the bike for a few months. The bike started making a weird noise (my husband thinks it’s the bearing). I reached out and they recommended I tighten a nut, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I’m still waiting to hear back. So far nothing on their end.
I’ll update here as it progresses.
