In this exciting episode of ‪@mblydenvlogs‬ Colette and I head to downtown Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, for a recordbreaking and historic event in the heart of the Main St. shopping district. We were there to witness Chef Brady Sweet of Café Amici in the AH Riise Mall attempt to break his previous Guinness World Record for making the world’s largest calzone pizza!

The event drew a lively crowd and was attended by an official representative from the Guinness World Records. It was an incredible success, with all proceeds from the event going to support the St. Thomas Humane Society. The atmosphere was electric, with a live DJ keeping the energy up and Moko Jumbies adding a touch of island culture to the day.

To make the record official, every slice of the calzone needed to be purchased—and the community showed up in full force to support! I also had the chance to chat with Chef Brady Sweet for a short interview, giving us some insight into the passion and effort behind this world recordbreaking attempt.
