The AllNew Volkswagen Amarok and Ford Ranger are two pickup utes that share a common platform and T6.2 toolkit, plus the same Fordbuilt 3.0litre turbo diesel V6 engine making 184kW of power (246 hp). In the first of a series of comparison reviews of the new Amarok, we pit the uppermid spec Style and Sport grades against one another. Fourwheel drive with lowrange and a 10speed auto are standard.
