Work O Fart Julian is a fun hero to play but while solo ranking, it gets troublesome sometimes. For Julian, I think this is the best build to consider using while solo ranking or otherwise because it has an insane damage output. Tweak the build here and there according to enemy heroes and builds. Enjoy the video.
