Here I use the XCarve to mill and engrave two aluminum plates for a control box. I use three bits (2 and 3mm endmill and a Vbit) so the process has to stop for tool change and rezero of the Z position. Design and Gcode was made using VCarve and code was passed to the XCarve using Universal Gcode Sender.

The resulting plates was very nice.
