Unboxing the Xiaomi 11T Pro, a fresh premium smartphone boasting a 108MP camera, 120W charging speeds and Snapdragon 888 smarts with 5G on board. This handson review tests the gaming chops, tours the cam features and sees if the Xiaomi 11T Pro really can charge in just 20 minutes.

Those specs are solid, so with a UK price starting from £599 this phone a strong rival to the OnePlus 9 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S21 etc.

Xiaomi is bigging up the camera tech and my photo samples from that primary sensor are good so far. Stay tuned for my full 11T Pro review to see more on that front. Gamers have strong enough performance for smashing through titles like Genshin Impact, PubG and other Android favourites on top detail settings. Battery life so far seems good, with that fast charge 120W support for powering back up in well under half an hour.

And more good news, as Xiaomi is actually promising 4 years of security updates and 3 Android OS updates with this handset.
