In this fourth addition to the simulated “Flight from the Cockpit” series, we are going to fly a media company team from the Saudi capital of Riyadh to the up and coming Saudi tourism destination of Al Ula! This is a historical town famous for Hegra, a network of carved tombs dating back to 2000 years ago, and massive rock formations resembling planet Mars.

Come with us to experience the much unexplored virtual skies of Saudi Arabia! As part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, developing its air transport and related industries is a major pillar of the economic plan.

We will be flying the VistaJet Bombardier Challenger 650 (flight model by Hotstart, by far the most sophisticated studylevel recreation of an aircraft in any flight simulator!)

Once again, we have added a “Destination Guide” for Al Ula. I’ll be presenting to the viewers what the Al Ula offers in terms of ancient archaeology, unique travel experiences and much more. We are sure you’re bound to find out many things about Saudi Arabia and Al Ula in particular!

Our flight is simulated using XPlane 12 flight simulator by Laminar Research.
