Reinstalling the rear wheel. Search ebay for a 'belt tension gauge' to buy a cheaper sprung version which will allow you to check the belt tension before and after.
Price around 25 quid.
Incidentally Yamaha recommend measuring from the rear of the swinging arm (on both sides) to the rear face of the belt adjusting block not the front face as I talk about in the video.
