Hello, this time I will repair a hydraulic excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.32㎥.
The "bucket pin" and "bush" are worn, and the bucket moves with a lot of play. The "adapter" that attaches the claws of the bucket is also worn, and the claws retreat when used.

First, remove the bucket and replace the adapter. The adapter is welded to the bucket, so cut it off with acetylene gas. Weld and install the new adapter.

The bushing is pressfitted and difficult to remove manually. Weld the inner surface to reduce the outer diameter, or cut and remove the bushing.
When pressfitting the bush, you can easily pressfit by making a dedicated bush holder with the removed pin.
