The new Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X are two bikes that I wanted to be exceptional. Like many, I’ve lusted over Triumph’s classically styled bikes for ages. But, at the end of the day, the heart doesn’t get what the wallet can’t afford. That's why these bikes need to be good.
