If you need a little cool down or warm up for leg day or maybe even a post leg day stretch for faster muscle recovery this 20 minute leg focused Yin Yoga practice is just for you!

We work with the front of the thighs (quads), back of the legs and inner leg (hamstrings and adductors) and the outside of the leg/hip (IT bands) mobilizing all the connective tissue in these areas for faster recovery and more overall mobility. Enjoy!
