EPIC RACING at YKN RND 6 “Thunder in the Holler”

37 karts showed up for YKN RND 6. We had some of the MOST EXCITING HEAT races of 2023 with multiple topside passes! The track was looking prime for the fastest 16 on the property to take the green flag in the AMain.

After 25 laps and only a few yellows, Tommy Corcoran hops in the lead early and takes his 2nd consecutive win of 2023!!! Andrew Prather jumped in behind Tommy and holds on to 2nd place for his best finish yet in 2023 . Final step on the podium goes to Jake Scott. He was also our HARD CHARGER going 11th3rd!!!

Huge thanks to Victor Kart Sales for sponsoring the event!! He donated a set of Vegas and rims which went to Tommy for winning, and Jake for Hard Charger, and also a mychron 5 which we raffled off for the YKN transponder fund. Congrats to Dan Walstad on holding the winning ticket
