Yoga for Calves is a great 10minute sequence for tight calf muscles, shin splints, ankle mobility, and tired and tight lower legs. This routine is perfect for calf stretches for runners, cyclists, athletes, or just generally for tight calves release. Massage, stretch, and strengthen your way to looser calves and ankles! Also great to get your heels closer to the ground in downward dog!
