Namaste, seekers. In this video, I am sharing my morning routine and how I start my spiritual morning with a yoga practice and conscious Satvik thinking for personal growth. It is crucial that your day begins spiritually with a clear vision, a clear mind, and by taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. To begin my morning routine, I wake up early and spend a few moments in gratitude, expressing thanks for the new day and the opportunities it brings. Then, I move into my yoga practice, focusing on deep breathing and gentle stretches to awaken my body and energize my mind. As I flow through the poses, I allow myself to be fully present in the moment, letting go of any worries or distractions from the outside world. This time on my mat serves as a sacred space for me to connect with my inner self and set positive intentions for the day ahead. After my yoga practice, I sit in meditation, finding stillness and peace within. I take this time to quiet my mind, observe my thoughts, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Through meditation, I am able to tap into my inner wisdom and intuition, gaining clarity and guidance for the day. I also incorporate affirmations and positive visualizations into my morning routine, using the power of words and imagery to create a positive mindset and attract abundance into my life. By starting my day with these spiritual practices, I am able to create a solid foundation for personal growth and wellbeing. I feel grounded, centered, and ready to embrace whatever challenges or blessings come my way. Remember, your morning routine sets the tone for the rest of your day, so make it a priority to nourish your body, mind, and spirit each morning.

These morning yoga session will be helpful for all the seekers who wants to learn the ancient yogic method to keep the body and mind healthy and energetic throughout the day.

proper way of practising asana and pranayama
alignment of each asana practice
modification of practice according to individual
therapeutic asana according to your problems
teacher attention to individual student
shatkarma (yogic purification) such as neti practice

It will help you
