I've put so many labels on myself and thought they defined me introvert, unhealthy, depressed, sick, lonely. But I've always been more than that. The things that I was going through did not define the person I was. So, I let go of trying to define myself and I let go of the negative attachments I had to the labels that made me feel comfortable.
