Here we unpack the layers of beliefs and behaviors that play apart in what we may be experiencing in our current realities. So many negative psychological and emotional beliefs, even from our childhood may currently influence the way we live our lives and my goal is to expose those subconscious narratives so that we may see our own worth as we work with them.
