Recipe and preparation:
for the coffee caramel:
sugar (100 grams)
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
water (60ml)
cook until the water evaporates.

for the flan:
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of warm water
1 can of condensed milk (397 grams)
Fill the same jar with milk (290 ml)
Vanilla sugar (8 grams).
Cook for 1 hour.
allow to cool, place in the refrigerator for several hours.
