You have a rolling pin at home! Not many people know this secret! I have never eaten such a delicious recipe!
Not many people know this trick! Since I learned this method, I always do it! Incredibly EASY and TASTY. I don't buy it anymore! Not many people know this secret, simple and tasty. Give a medal to the person who invented this method! Since I learned this method, I always do it this way!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
50 g sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well to dissolve the yeast.
Add 4 tablespoons of flour (allpurpose).
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for 15 minutes.
The yeast worked well.
Mix again.
Separate the egg whites from 2 eggs.
Cover the yolks with cling film to prevent them from airing out.
We will use them later.
Add the egg whites and 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of flour (allpurpose).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 200 g of flour (allpurpose).
Mix by hand.
60 g of butter at room temperature.
Mix the butter well into the dough.
Knead until smooth.
Shape into one large ball.
The dough is medium soft.
Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Release the accumulated gases.
The dough has risen well, soft and very tender.
Knead the dough until soft and form a ball.
Divide into 4 parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
Cover with a towel and leave on the work surface for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Turn over and roll out several times.
Grease the surface with vegetable oil.
Divide into 4 parts.
Fold the dough as I did.
Roll up.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Repeat the same process with each piece of dough.
They are so delicious that you will want to cook them every day!
You can't buy this in the store!
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Make a hole with a rolling pin.
Dip the tip in flour.
Add 1 teaspoon of apricot jam to each.
You can add whatever you like.
2 egg yolks + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/365°F for 2530 minutes.
Look how beautiful they are!
Leave them to cool slightly.
