If you respond to anger with anger, you end up losing in two ways.
Even when someone rages at you and tries to make you angry,
if you maintain the right state of mind and stay calm,
you are not affected by them.
Then, you will win against others, as well as yourself.
This is the Buddha’s teaching.
There are 4 types of people in the world.~~
