Many times people make is the mistake of trying to do too much when they don't have to. You were not made to do everything. As a leader you need to need to work with what you got. Work with your Godgiven natural talents and skills, and then help the others around you to cultivate theirs. This will help your team be a more effective unit, because you will always operate at a higher level in a skill set that you are already good at.

So start identifying your sweet spot and stay in it. Then begin to look at others around you to fill the areas that you are not naturally efficient in. When evaluating others have the understanding that many times they do not know their unique area of giftedness. So therefore as a leader you need to be able to evaluate talent, cultivate it and then put it to work.
