Your scalene muscles may have adhesion: Here is how you can find out!

Your scalene muscles are located on each side of your neck. You have your anterior, middle and posterior scalene muscles on each side.

These muscles are actually the most common places for you to develop scar tissue or "adhesion".

In this video, Dr. Joe explains how you can tell if you have adhesion in these muscles by performing simple exercises.
