Tailbone pain is not always because you fell!

Your coccyx can be painful... without having any problem! This is called referred pain.

When the gluteus maximus (buttocks muscle) or the multifidi (deep paraspinal muscles) develop trigger points (TrP), the pain in felt in the tailbone.
