I have been having so many aha moments the last few weeks as I come out of a couple years of melting away old identities. Who else feels like the goo stage of the caterpillar is your particular way of moving through the world? Anyway, it got me thinking about how often it feels like we owe the past some kind of specific consistency and that we can't change our minds as we keep becoming. And I realize now that has been one of my blocks to just letting myself have fun with my work and life. So I thought I would share!
