Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu is said to have clashed with his defence minister Yoav Gallant over the fresh Gaza truce proposal sent to mediators by Palestinian militant group Hamas. Israeli media reported that Netanyahu did not allow Gallant to lead a meeting with defence chiefs and intelligence bosses.
