LastTenth

You may not know, you're using the MOST USED PEDAL wrong. I was taught the wrong way, and decades later that I FIGURED OUT the CORRECT METHOD. Now that I have, I will share with you, HOW YOU CAN PERFECT YOU'RE TECHNIQUE

Chapters:
00:00 Were you taught THIS?
00:36 Why Early Throttle = SLOW?
03:37 Throttle ≠ Acceleration
05:22 When to Throttle?
06:26 Ask Me Anything

EDIT: A few acute viewers have brought this up so I will address it here. I misspoke when when I recorded the video, and didn't notice until I was editing it. At 05:30, I said the car would understeer on throttle
"especially if you're producing so little torque, your differential stays locked".
This is incorrect, as low torque would lead to an open diff, in lieu of sufficient preload. The long form of what I intended to say was this...
with lif the diff is locked and the drive train torque is low, there isn't enough torque to spin the inside rear wheel (sufficiently) so the car just understeers.
I didn't mean it as there's little torque so the diff stays locked, because that wouldn't make sense...
