Ingredients for the Cappuccino Yule log recipe :

Chocolate cookie:
35 g butter
20 g dark chocolate
2 eggs
30 g of honey
50 g of caster sugar
30 g ground almonds
50 g cake flour
1 C. to c. baking powder
10 g of cocoa powder
50 g of liquid cream

Baking at 180 ° C (rotating heat) for 12 minutes

Vanilla syrup:
60 g of water
60 g of caster sugar
Liquid vanilla

Coffee and vanilla Bavarian cream :
350 g of milk (3.5 dl)
1 vanilla pod
6 egg yolks
80 g of caster sugar
3 gelatin leaves, 2 g each
5 g of soluble coffee
350 g of liquid cream with 30% fat

Dark chocolate for the decoration
