Two use cases.
Use case 1: You find yourself making the same "Find" step in the middle of many zaps you can create a subzap that does the "Find" action and then pulls the info back to the zaps you're working on.

Use case 2: You find yourself making the same multistep end to zaps over and over. You can create many zaps with just the trigger and then have that trigger the one subzap that runs the action.
