Here you will see the acceleration of the Zero 10x Dual motors, single motor, economical drive, and with most of the speeds.

Keep in mind the battery was around 75% charge, temp out side was pritty cold, maybe 68 Deg. celsious, so maybe you can get a little faster.

So stated it was that you could go 65kmh maybe thats down hill fully charged in summer.

I also have a 24ah battery, so with 18ah battery you will get lower results.

But still 55kmh is quit fast, and usable, 40 i think is enough if driving off road.

So The Zero 10x electric scooter is quite usable.. I think it is a great transport and a toy.

If you want to drive in trafic i think you def need bigger wheels, and something that goes around 80 100 kmh easialy.. SO driving with this zero 10x in city traffic like a ordinary car would be a little challenging because cars can drive up to 70 kmh, and you will be bothering them as well as they will be speeding you bye causing you to get out of focus and dangerous as well..
