3/4 cup rice flour (120 g)
1/2 cup cassava starch (60 g)
1/2 cup hot water (120 ml)
1 tsp baking powder (15 g)
Roof:
1/3 cup demerara sugar (67 g)
2 tablespoons cocoa 100% (20 g)
2 tablespoons of cornstarch (20 g)
1 glass of coconut milk or other vegetable milk (200 ml)
