Today I share stepbystep on how to conduct one of the most common UX research methods: Usability testing!
This was how I first got started in UX Research, by testing apps with random strangers in local Starbucks stores.
It's an essential evaluation method in a UX Researcher's tool belt. A usability study is where you watch a user trying to complete some tasks using your product or service.
It helps you SEE HOW USERS PERFORM on an interface and it’s your opportunity to UNDERSTAND WHY something isn’t working. Can they complete it? HOW do they complete it? Enjoy!
Don't forget to comment your worst usability experience you've encountered!
(BTW sorry for the lighting, I'm still learning this YouTube thing)
Mad love, PEACE!!
