Hey guys! Welcome back!

Today, we got the chance to review the FMS V2 800mm warbird! We got this warbird because we were impressed with the other FMS 800mm size warbird, the FMS F4U Corsair. This plane just like the F4U had the same type of build where you had to install all the control horns manually. It was not difficult but it was tedious!

All the reviews we read about this plane showed that this plane is inherently tailheavy! The reviews were spot on! In order to achieve the manual recommended 40mm CG, we had to use a 3S 1300 mAh LiPo along with eight 1/4 ounce steal weight! Even with that, it was still a bit tailheavy during flight but was adjustable with trim. To do this, we had to shave foam off the nose cavity and stick the weights wherever we could fit them.
In flight, the Zero is an absolute blast to fly! With the 3S she is agile and fast!

Needless to say, this is not a beginner plane! Flying and landing this rocket of a warbird definitely requires some previous 4channel stick experience.
The good news about this warbird is that it is able to taxi and takeoff very straight unlike other taildragger warbirds like the F4U.
Because this came as a PNP, you do need to supply your own transmitter, receiver, LiPo and LiPo charger.

Overall, we are happy with this warbird after we got over the CG hurdle!

Enjoy the video and please subscribe to my channel! Thank you!
