Lean to play 10 Blues licks in the style of ZZ Top Blue Jean Blues from the album Fandango. I play an example guitar solo in the style of the solo on Blue Jean Blues. I teach all of the licks with guitar Tab on screen. I also talk about how Billy Gibbons approaches playing a solo, including improvisation, guitar tone, scales and techniques. Billy Gibbons uses a lot of dynamics in his playing and so I talk about this and about his particular use of bends, which are slightly unusual. This is my best Billy Gibbons guitar lesson.

Some of these licks are quite difficult so this lesson is aimed at intermediate blues players.
